No Show Policy:

Hey there! We're excited to have you booked in for your appointment with us. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we've got a couple of friendly reminders:

1. Cancellation:

- If you need to cancel, just give us a heads-up at least 6 hours before your appointment. That way, we can free up the slot for someone else who might need it.

2. Late Arrival:

- We totally get that things can get hectic! But if you're more than 6 minutes late, we'll have to reschedule. We want to make sure we're on time for everyone.

3. Rescheduling:

- If you miss your appointment, don't worry! although we do charge a fee, we forgive you. Just give us a shout, and we'll find another time that works for you.
